"I loved State Farm for years, until I moved to hot springs. There is nothing wrong with State Farm insurance. But this specific agency is terrible. I could use names but I don’t want to humiliate individuals. I want to warn others to not waste your time with this agency. Because they will waste your time and communicate terribly. On more than 4 occasions I called and the agent told me they would need to call me back. And they never did. Also they even said a specific time they would call me back and never did. Not even a email back. So I decided to go with progressive and I’m actually saving a lot more money with better coverage now. When I called this agency to cancel. I kindly asked if I would be getting a refund and again they said they would need to check and “call me back” guess what… no one ever followed through with there word AGAIN. That was confirmation I made the right decision to part ways."

"An addendum was in my 6 month policy renew. Most people wouldn't think much of this. But here is what they are doing. I would like everyone to be really aware of. This insurance is labeled important notice regarding changes to your policy. Mandatory endorsement 6125E. Today is October 23rd 2024 This basically says we may buy the parts needed to repair your vehicle from China. Did you ever notice how so many things on Amazon that you can buy for 10 cents on the dollar compared to buying them here. Although the statement says these parts are required to be at least equal in terms of fit, quality, performance and warranty to the original parts they replace. In other words you're not going to get your American OEM manufacturer part for your made in America vehicle. You're going to get one from China that looks very similar.... but in no uncertain tearms.... will it be equal to the quality of the original American made OEM part. Funny..... (FYI - side note - If "Boeing" makes any of your OEM parts)......... Disregard..🤣 I'm in the type of industry that buys a lot of parts and has gone through the beating that most companies take when they try and buy a cheaper part that looks just like the original. As a business owner..... That tries to save his customers money. I've gone through these situations and it never turns out like you would think. We have to go back 95% of the time and replace the part.... that lasts for weeks, or even months. We eat the cost of putting the new OEM part on it instead. Basically, we "do the right thing" to keep our customer happy. It made us look incompetent....... State Farm.....FYI - IT'S GOING TO MAKE YOU LOOK INCOMPETENT TOO 🙄 VERY QUICKLY Signed, Multiple policy holder for 10+ years."
